Where do you get most of your buyers for luxury homes?
I get most of my luxury buyers from several strong sources, including relocation companies, past clients, my personal sphere, luxury networks, paid digital ads, Instagram, Interscope Records, and my website. I also just happen to know a lot of people, and I understand how to position a home so that even if I don’t personally bring the buyer, the property will be presented in a way that makes another agent want to move on it immediately. I understand the mindset of the buyer, and I always try to predict who the buyer will be based on the market before the home even hits the MLS. That way, we position it and tell the story directly to that person—not just casting a wide net. Buyers want to feel like they’ve discovered something special, and my approach is built around creating that exact feeling.
